- Site connection data: URLs and API credentials for websites you connect to Aubly.
- Content data: Page titles, body content, and metadata synced from your connected sites for analysis and management.
- Usage data: How you interact with our service, including scans run, content published, and features used.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Aubly service
- Sync, scan, and manage content on your connected sites
- Generate content suggestions and improvements
- Send service-related notifications
- Enforce our terms and prevent abuse
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers. API keys and passwords are encrypted at rest. We use HTTPS for all communications. Content snapshots are retained for rollback purposes until you delete them.
4. Third-Party Services
We integrate with third-party platforms (WordPress, Shopify, BigCommerce, Drupal, Wix) solely to provide our content management services. We use AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) for content analysis and generation — content sent to these providers is not used to train their models.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only:
- With your connected platforms (to publish content changes you authorize)
- With AI service providers (for content analysis, under their data processing agreements)
- When required by law
6. Your Rights
You can:
- Access, update, or delete your account data
- Disconnect sites and revoke API access at any time
- Export your content snapshots
- Request deletion of all your data by contacting support
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Content snapshots are kept for rollback history. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
