By accessing or using Aubly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Aubly is a content management platform that connects to your websites (WordPress, Drupal, Shopify, BigCommerce, Wix) to help you scan, edit, publish, and manage web content. The Service includes content analysis, rewriting suggestions, publishing tools, and rollback capabilities.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to publish illegal, harmful, or misleading content
  • Attempt to access other users' data or connected sites
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's APIs
  • Exceed your plan's usage limits through automated means
  • Use the Service to generate spam or bulk unsolicited content

5. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create, sync, or publish through Aubly. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We access your content solely to provide the Service.

6. Connected Sites

When you connect a website to Aubly, you represent that you have authorization to manage content on that site. You are responsible for all changes published through the Service to your connected sites.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

8. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are at our discretion. Free tier limits apply as described on our pricing page.

9. Content Analysis Disclaimer

Aubly provides content scanning and suggestions as a tool to assist your content management. These suggestions do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or regulatory advice. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication. Always consult qualified professionals for compliance decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aubly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required by law to retain it.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
